Open emailIn the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your videos and account data are removed within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll do it for you.
Tap the ⋯ menu on any loop or profile to report or block. Egregious violations are usually actioned within 24 hours.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll get a reset link from noreply@stickyloops.com.
Check your spam folder. If it's still missing, email us with the address you signed up with and we'll resend manually.
You can send a tip to any creator on a loop. Payments go through Stripe. The creator receives the tip directly minus payment processing fees. We do not take a cut from tips.
A loop is a series of 10-second videos. Anyone can add the next 10 seconds. Loops can also branch — multiple people can continue from the same clip and create alternate paths.
In the app, tap the Earn tab → Advertise. Choose Boost (promote your own loop) or Brand (advertise as a business). Pricing is per tier and paid via Stripe.
