These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StickyLoops mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using StickyLoops, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 17 years old to use StickyLoops. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 17 or older and capable of forming a binding contract.
StickyLoops lets you record and post short video clips that become part of public loops. You retain ownership of the videos you create.
By posting, you grant StickyLoops a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transcode, distribute, and promote your content within the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account (subject to a reasonable wind-down period for cached copies and the rights of other users whose loops include your clip).

We may remove any content at our sole discretion. We may report illegal content to law enforcement.
Every loop and user profile has a Report option. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We aim to action egregious violations within 24 hours and other reports within 7 days. We also block users from interacting with you at your request.

You may send tips to creators. Tips are person-to-person payments processed by Stripe. StickyLoops retains a service fee disclosed at the time of payment. Tips are non-refundable except where required by law.
Advertising campaigns (Boost and Brand) are sold through our self-service flow. All campaigns are subject to moderation review and may be rejected, in which case payment is refunded. Approved campaigns run for the period purchased; partial refunds for pre-launch cancellation are at our sole discretion.
StickyLoops, the green checkmark logo, "StickyLoops," and the loop visualization are trademarks of Dynas Cloud. The software, design, and underlying technology are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Sections concerning content licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND MERCHANTABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STICKYLOOPS OR DYNAS CLOUD BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
You agree to indemnify and hold StickyLoops and Dynas Cloud harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of (a) your content, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
